Vaccum Tray Dryer

Ravi Kiran Vacuum tray dryer is ideal for quickly drying heat-sensitive materials that are prone to resolve, polymerize, or deteriorate at higher temperatures. The sterilization process can occur before drying, ensuring no contaminants enter the product. Static vacuum dryers prevent damage to the material’s structure.

Vacuum drying is eco-friendly as evaporated solvents can be easily re-condensed and either recycled or disposed of safely. This method addresses the safety concerns of using Ex-proof ovens but also tackles the environmental issue of solvent vapor release through exhaust systems. Additionally, vacuum drying minimizes the risk of uncontrolled mixture formation.

Equipment Design

They are efficient and sensitive to heat, utilizing lower average drying temperatures compared to traditional dryers. Their compact design accelerates the drying process, with heat readily transferring through their large surface area. One significant advantage of vacuum tray dryers is their low power consumption. They are exceptionally suitable for hygroscopic substances requiring very low residual content levels after drying.
