MEMBRANE FILTER

This filtration set is constructed from superior SS 316L grade material, designed particularly for sterile solutions. The assembly is equipped with dual silicon ‘O’ rings, non-stick mirror-polished bolts, and convenient wing nuts to maximize performance. An air valve is also integrated for releasing internal air at the outset. Furthermore, the equipment rests securely on sturdy legs, complete with a 1″ Inlet/Outlet Ball valve for hassle-free usage.

SALIENT FEATURES

  • The vessel’s top is equipped with both an inlet and outlet dip pipe that extends to the tank’s base, complemented by an air vent and safety valve for enhanced utility.
  • For added convenience, the pressure vessel can also be customized with sight and light glass on the conical segment.
  • Adhering to the most stringent CGMP standards, the entire vessel boasts a flawless mirror polish on both its interior and exterior surfaces.
