SALIENT FEATURES

  • Capacity Available: 2 to 20,000 Liters.
  • This system is designed with zero dead legs and utilizes aseptic flush bottom outlet diaphragm valves, ensuring 100% drainage and cleaning. It is equipped with a CIP/SIP port to sterilize the system before dispensing to the filling machine.
  • Weight monitoring is carried out using load cells.
  • Online monitoring of PH, Dissolve Oxygen, and Conductivity Sensors provides real-time data.
  • For specific applications, a low shear, high shear, and medium shear magnetic mixer with variable frequency drive is available.
  • Safety features are incorporated into the magnetic mixers.
  • The system guarantees no air contamination.
  • With internal vessel electropolishing of less than 0.4 Ra, the system ensures a high level of cleanliness.
  • All process valves are PTFE diaphragm type.
  • Chamber venting and Nz gas inlet are facilitated through a 0.2 μ filter.
  • An IPC with SCADA software is available upon request.
  • The system is fully CIP/SIP capable.
  • A cartridge type filter housing is included for the feed water.
  • The fully automatic PLC-based control panel complies with 21 CFR regulations.
