Equipment Design

Pan Design:

The unique perforated pan design, allows highly efficient air flow through the product, maximizing the drying uniformity. Process air flows through the inlet duct and is directed through the product bed. The exhaust under negative pressure is located under the product bed.

Spraying:

A PLC based panel with touch screen options and menu options, ensure the complete automation of the spraying system as per product requirements VFD for controlling the Pan speed.
