COATING PAN

The coating pan is a conventional system for film / sugar coating of tablets, capsules, peppermints, and similar other products.

Ravi Kiran make coating pan is a high-quality pan comes in various sizes, from 12″ Dia for R&D purposes to up to 60″ Dia for large-scale production. It’s equipped with a hot air blower and electrical heaters for drying the sprayed solution, ensuring faster drying times.

Salient Features

Coating pan is a pear-shaped design facilitates in the complete coating of the product completely and is optionally provided with baffles inside the pan for reversing of the tablets.
Coating pan is mainly used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries for coating of pills and tablet with a protective layer.
An electrical panel houses the various controls for the main drive, blower, digital temperature controller for the blower, etc.
Different speeds are available for different applications, ensuring maximum efficiency.
