Octagonal blender is a highly efficient machine for dry powder mixing in various proportion. As it’s an octagonal shape it is designed to dry large volume of material.

Equipment Design

The main drum of the Octagonal blender is coupled to a suitable motor through an oil filed gear box mounted on a sturdy frame structure.

Ravi Kiran make octagonal blender is a unique design allows for lower power consumption at higher loads, and its compact size allows for large capacity models.
The inside of the blender is completely cleanable through the man hole provided at one side, and the baffles are removable and can be easily removed for cleaning as per cGMP and FDA requirements.
It’s also easy to load, through the loading container, overhead silo, or by vacuum transfer.
Plus, due to its compact design, it requires less floor space compared to other blenders.
The blenders are available from 10Ltrs to 10000 Ltrs capacity as per your requirement.
