COATING PAN
The coating pan is a conventional system for film / sugar coating of tablets, capsules, peppermints, and similar other products.
Equipment Design
Ravi Kiran make coating pan is a high-quality pan comes in various sizes, from 12″ Dia for R&D purposes to up to 60″ Dia for large-scale production. It’s equipped with a hot air blower and electrical heaters for drying the sprayed solution, ensuring faster drying times.
Salient Features
- Coating pan is a pear-shaped design facilitates in the complete coating of the product completely and is optionally provided with baffles inside the pan for reversing of the tablets.
- Coating pan is mainly used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries for coating of pills and tablet with a protective layer.
- An electrical panel houses the various controls for the main drive, blower, digital temperature controller for the blower, etc.
- Different speeds are available for different applications, ensuring maximum efficiency.
