DOUBLE CONE BLENDER

The double cone blender is a conventional mixer suitable for dry powder mixing. The mixer is suitable for mixing a number of powders in varied proportions to obtain a uniform output.

Equipment Design

The main drum of the double cone blender is coupled to a suitable motor through an oil filed gear box mounted on a sturdy frame structure. The unit is provided with a butterfly valve at one side and is provided with fixed baffles inside the drum.

  • Ravi Kiran makes a double cone blender that is able to mix ingredients quickly and evenly, and its two conical shaped containers rotate in opposite directions, allowing for thorough mixing.
  • The double cone blender is a highly efficient machine for powder/powder mixing. The main drum is coupled to a suitable motor through an oil filled gearbox mounted on a sturdy frame structure. Higher capacity models are provided with a butterfly valve on one side.
  • The double cone blenders are available from 10 Litres for R & D purposes to 5000 Ltrs for large scale productions.
