TRAY DRYER

Tray Dryer is a conventional drying machine, suitable for drying of powders, granules, and similar other materials. It consists of a series of trays, each with its own heating element, that rotate slowly in an enclosed chamber. The materials are placed on the trays and heated until they are dry.

Equipment Design

  • The material is loaded into trays which are placed inside the main chamber. The drying takes place by forced air circulation with the help of blowers provided at the side.
  • The dryer is provided with a rack system for loading of the trays one above the other. The material is loaded into the trays provided separately and placed inside the racks provided.
  • The inlet is provided with suitable air filter to have clean dust free air into the chamber.
  • The required temperature inside the dryer can be set in the digital temperature indicator cum controller provided in the panel.

  • Ravi Kiran make Tray Dryer, perfect for drying products that require higher temperatures (up to 300 degrees Celsius). With its closed design, it quickly reaches the preset temperature.

  • Our specially designed blower along with wire mesh screen ensures that the hot air is evenly distributed inside the chamber.

  • We have specially installed mineral wool which provides heat loss.
